About Us

Sadge Mediation Services helps to resolve disputes in an  informal confidential and non-adversarial setting. Sadge Mediation Services specializes in commercial and residential real estate issues and business law issues.

James V Sadrianna founded Sadge Mediation Services after being certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a mediator in Circuit Civil Courts and as a Appelate Mediator in the Supreme Court of Florida.  Mr. Sadrianna is an attorney, admitted to the bar in New York and is a Florida and New York CPA.  Additionally, he has a master's degree in business administration. 

Mr. Sadrianna is a fair and impartial negotiator and relationship builder.   He has a unique history of implementing sophisticated business strategies in many diverse business cultures. 

Throughout his 30 year career, he has maintained a stellar level of professionalism and integrity.  Working at a very high level, with lawyers' investment bankers, tax experts and business strategists, Mr. Sadrianna has mastered the art of transforming complex problems into practical solutions.

Fees

What is the fee charged?

The fee charged is $175 an hour unless otherwise agreed or ordered by the court.

Is there a minimum fee charged?

Conferences are charged a minimum of two hours.

Іs there a charge for travel time?

There is no charge for travel time unless umpire work is involved outside a two hour radius of Orlando.

Which party pays for the mediation/umpire fee?

The mediation fee is usually divided evenly between the parties, unless otherwise agreed or ordered by the Court.

What is included in the computation of the fee?

Time spent in mediation conferences(s), preparation for mediation, preparation of documents, agreements and memoranda of understanding, plus expenses (included but not limited to long distance telephone charges, photocopies, postage, facsimile transmissions).

When are fee payments due?

Fees are due and payable at the conclusion of the mediation. As a courtesy to counsel, if counsel is advancing the fee, counsel will be invoiced following the mediation with the expectation that the fee will be paid within ten (10) days of the mediation. If counsel is not advancing the fee, payment is expected at the conclusion of the mediation. In the case of governmental entities, counsel will receive an invoice following the mediation.

What is your policy on cancellations and payment of fees?

Conferences cancelled less than four business days of the scheduled conference are charged a minimum of two hours.
